AI Tools for Agencies ("we", "us", "our") runs aitoolsforagencies.com, an independent publication that reviews and ranks the AI software marketing and SMMA agencies actually run on. We built this site to be read, not to harvest data, and this policy sets out plainly what little we handle and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We measure aggregate, non-identifying traffic — which guides get read, which comparisons get clicked, roughly how long a page holds attention — so we know what to write next. None of it is tied to a named person.
- Approximate region. We may infer a coarse location (country or region) from your connection to understand our audience and keep pricing notes relevant. We do not pinpoint your address or track you across the web.
- No accounts, no forms. There is nothing to sign up for and no profile to fill in. Reading the site asks nothing personal of you. If you choose to email us, we only hold what you send.
Cookies
We lean on cookies and similar storage only as far as our analytics need them, and never for advertising profiles. Block or clear them in your browser whenever you like — every guide, ranking and review stays fully readable either way.
Third-party analytics
Our measurement runs through a third-party analytics provider that processes usage data on our behalf. We configure it for aggregate reporting rather than individual tracking, and we do not sell or rent this data to anyone. Providers of this kind may change over time; the principle does not.
How we use it
We use what we gather for a short list of things: to see which topics are worth our time, to spot broken pages and confusing navigation, to gauge overall readership, and to keep the site fast and secure. We do not build advertising audiences, and we do not attempt to identify individual readers.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what data relating to you we hold and ask us to delete it. Under the GDPR you additionally have the right to access, correct, restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. Under the CCPA you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information — though we do not sell it. Because we hold so little and keep no accounts, most requests are quick. Write to hello@aitoolsforagencies.com and we will act on it.
Retention
We keep analytics only in aggregated form and only as long as it stays useful for understanding trends, then it ages out. Any email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards, then removed.
International visitors
We publish from one place and are read everywhere. If you visit from another country, your data may be processed in a jurisdiction with different privacy laws from your own. By using the site you understand that this cross-border handling is part of how a global publication works, and we still apply the standards described here to everyone.
Children
This is a publication for agency owners, operators and marketers. It is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
As the site grows or the tools we rely on shift, we may revise this policy. The current version always lives on this page, and the review date below tells you how fresh it is. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies.
